PRODUCT NAME Common Name:
Veterinary T4 Rapid Quantitative Test
Full Name: Veterinary Thyroxine (T4) Rapid Quantitative Test
PACKAGE SPECIFICATION 20 tests/kit
INTENDED USE
Used for in vitro quantitative test of veterinary thyroxine (T4) concentration in whole blood, serum or plasma. It is mainly used in clinical evaluation of thyroid function.
TEST PRINCIPLE
This test employs a quantitative competitive fluorescence immunoassay technique. Take the sample and add it into the sample dilution, mix it, then drop the mixed sample into the well of the test card, The T4 in the sample reacts with a fluorescently labeled antigen coated on the glass fiber to form a complex substance. Under chromatography, the complex substance and unreacted fluorescently labeled antibody diffuse forward along the nitrocellulose membrane, and the complex substance is captured by the corresponding antigen fixed on the nitrocellulose membrane detection line. The more analytes in this test, the less complexes formed by reaction with fluorescently labeled antibodies, and the less fluorescently labeled antibodies accumulate on the detection line. The T4 concentration is expressed nmol/L as the unit.
Common Name:
Feline triplet IgG antibody (FPLV Ab/FHV Ab/FCV Ab) Rapid Quantitative Test
PACKAGE SPECIFICATION
20 tests/kit
INTENDED USE It is suitable for in vitro quantitative determination of feline parvovirus virus IgG (FPLV Ab), feline herpes virus IgG (FHV Ab), feline calicivirus IgG (FCV Ab) in serum or plasma. It is mainly used for detection of antibody before immunization and evaluation of immune effect after immunization with feline parvovirus, calicivirus and herpes virus vaccines.
TEST PRINCIPLE
The concentration of FPLV Ab/FHV Ab/FCV Ab in serum or plasma of feline was quantitatively determined by immunofluorescence sandwich method. Take the sample to be tested and mix it in the sample diluent. Drop the mixed sample into the sample well of the test card. The sample to be tested reacts with the fluorescently labeled antibody coated on the glass fiber membrane to form a complex. Under chromatography, the complex diffuses along the nitrocellulose membrane with the unreacted fluorescent labeled antibody, and the complex is fixed to the nitrocellulose membrane detection line to capture the corresponding antigen. The more substances to be measured in the sample, the more complex will react with the fluorescently labeled antibodies, and the more fluorescently labeled antibodies will accumulate on the test line.
