REVOLUTIONARY TEST PRINCIPLE This innovative test applies a quantitative double antibody sandwich fluorescence immunoassay technique. Simply take the sample, add it to the sample dilution, mix well, then drop the mixed sample into the well of the test card. The TSH in the sample interacts with a fluorescently labeled antibody on the glass fiber forming a complex substance. Through chromatography, the complex and unreacted fluorescently labeled antibody diffuse forward along the *** membrane, where the complex is captured by the corresponding antigen fixed on the *** membrane detection line. The quantity of analytes in this test determines the number of complexes formed with fluorescently labeled antibodies, consequently, increasing the accumulation of fluorescently labeled antibodies on the detection line. The TSH concentration is measured and expressed in mIU/L.
