1. This product is suitable for human venous whole blood/fresh fingertip blood/10% red blood cell physiological sodium chloride suspension.
2. The collection of venous whole blood/peripheral blood must be done under sterile conditions, and hemolysis, hyperlipidemia, and hyperbilirubin samples should be avoided.
3. Whole blood samples are recommended to be tested within 72 hours, and can be stored at 2-8°C, and should not be frozen. 10% erythrocyte physiological sodium chloride suspension is effective within 24 hours.
4. Commonly used clinical anticoagulants (heparin, EDTA2K, sodium citrate, sodium oxalate) do not affect the test results.
operation steps
Step 1. Take the test card out of the carton before the experiment. If it is refrigerated, the room temperature must be balanced. Tear open the aluminum foil bag to take out the test card and place it flat on the table.
Step 2. If there is a refrigerated sample to be tested, it must be taken out from the storage condition and equilibrated to room temperature before performing the experiment. Step 3. For the collection of blood from the tip of the finger, the blood from the tip of the finger must be collected in a sterilized glass test tube, and the sample should be added to the disposable dropper configured in the kit.
Step 4. Use the disposable dropper in the kit to draw the sample to be tested, and add one drop (about 10uL) of the sample to be tested to the two S windows of the test card; 1 minute after adding the sample, in the D window, use a drop bottle to continuously Add 5 drops (approximately 250 uL) of sample rinse solution.
Step 5, 1 minute after adding the sample rinse solution, observe the result in the S window, and the result observed after 30 minutes is invalid.
